i should go for i5+intel hd4000,or i5+AMD Radeon HD 7670M with 2 gb dedicated memory

If possible, get the i5, use the on-board graphics and save a little more for a better GPU or go ahead and get the 7670

It's 7670M so it means is a notebook/laptop so I don't think he will be able to upgrade the GPU..

just so you know.... a laptop with the amd a10-4600m and a quick cl9 1600mhz ram upgrade will come very very close to the 7670m in gaming. the a10 is also cheaper and will net you much better battery life than the i3/i5
