i have a problem with my pc.. i always get this message "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected"

is it possible that i have a problem with my mother board?

*i already tried unplugging all the cable connections
* i also tried changing my bios settings

but nothing happens.
Do you think its the motherboard?

Im not really a techie person that's y i need your help about this problem
thanks...

Hi. Usually that message is saying that you are trying to boot to something that doesn't have the OS. You need to go into the BiOS and set your boot device to the Drive that has your Operating System installed.
