kgrevemberg Distinguished May 2, 2013 670 0 19,160 Oct 16, 2013 #5 thats incorrect. routers use an assortment of default ip's that generally stay close to 192.168.0.1. the differences are usually just the last two octets being 0.1, 1.1, 1.2, or if its a router/modem from at@t it will use 1.254.
