My build:
FX-9370 4.9ghz
Crosshair V Formula-Z
16gb kingston predator running at 2133 at 11-12-11-24
Kingston hyper x 60gb for OS
XFX 7970 running at 1050 with boost clock at 1150
OCZ Vertex 4 for games
Seagate barracuda 2tb for random storage
H80i Water cooler
Multiple case fans and memory fan
Rosewill 1000w lightning.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1Ptro
But no matter what I cannot top 838 fps 36.5 on heaven and 3dmark is at 7138.
My bios on mobo is up to date
most recent AMD drivers
I am running at extreme settings with AA at x8.
I have optimized my ssd's.
I'm not trying to wave my epeen around saying look at my scores by getting higher scores, but I want to maximize gameplay (with BF4 just around the corner ). I'm seeing scores of over 1500 with people with 8350's running 1600 on their memory and 7850's as video cards. I'm not trying to reach over 4k with quad titans or anything, I just do not understand why my score is low.
I just cannot figure out for the life of me where the choke point is. Anyone have any ideas?
