I need a great setup! I am fairly new to PC but I now all the basics (how to build, drivers, c++, etc..). I want to save some money too though! If I keep some old parts of my PC and buy higher end stuff that is more worth it. :)
My specs:
-12gb ram ddr3
-mid tower case (i hate it though)
-windows 7 home
-1tb 7200rpm 65mb 6gb/s sata 3.5in
-MSI Z77A-G43
-Intel core i5-3450/3.10ghz 6mb LGA 1155 box
-sapphire raddeon HD7850 2gb OC
-Shitty dvd drive but does what i need it to do
-antec 400W
-500W xigmateck
-msi 660ti 3gb OC twin frozr III
-hyper 103 cpu cooler

My set-up is Okay, but I am becoming more of a "hardcore gamer". :)

I would especially like a new case and cpu. Thank you

It will definitely run at 60+ FPS. The only factor there is the Video Card. Also, you won't have a problem with Battlefield 4 multiplayer as this processor will run like an octa core when needed.

Yeah alright for the case :) thanks, but I think I might havr to go with a dual graphics card setup. I might actually also be considering the i7 4770K. You thoughts?

The i7 4770K is better than the xeon when you plan on overclocking it. However, the i7 itself costs more and you will also be spending money on an aftermarket cooler. But if you can afford it, then go for it. It's perfect for dual graphics card setup.

But wait, you currently have an LGA1155 motherboard, so you will be needing to buy a new one which is LGA1150. Unless, you will just go for the i7 3770K which supports your current motherboard.

Yeah, I was also planning on buying this mobo: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CXIVEA2/ref=gno_cart_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2NYACAJP9I1IY

Also what do you recommend for a second gpu?

You should get the same GPU with what you have right now. And make sure your PSU supports your dual graphics setup. :)

Most dual setups should be fine with 800w. About your mobo, yes it supports your setup.
