2 x 1TB WB HDD ( config as RAID 0)

Sapphire ATI HD Radeon 7900
windows profesional 64x
intel i7 3650k
i`m going to run heavy simuation using Ansys Autodyn software with this PC
the problmes is BSOD allways occured with varoius bugcheck such as 0x7e, 0x5, and 0x1 etc.
can your guyz help me. coz im running out of tie t finish my work
