after i update my motherBoard bios , the computer not working .. anyone know the Solution ?

Did the flash fail ?
Try booting with the disk that came with mobo, you should have a recovery in it.
Else check you mobo manual, you should have instruction in there.
If nothing work, you have to send it to the company for repairs or change for another mobo.
