Critique my gaming build please?

Please provide some thoughts and suggestions for my build... I appreciate any feedback

Any improvements to this build? Specifically the GPU motherboard and PSU

Have I left myself room to expand to SLI or to eventually overclock if needed?

My objective is to play games on mostly all of the highest settings at 1080p (titanfalls, battlefields, crysis etc) and not have to upgrade for several years (exception being adding a card for SLI)

Nice build, few comments:

For that price you can get a much better GPU, like this one: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-video-card-fx797atdjc for like $15 more

Also, I think 8GB of ram is plenty for a gaming build.

Finally, and this is a more biased opinion, I think the Samsung 840 EVO is a better option for an SSD, I got one of those and I love it

As suggested I have upgraded my card to a 7970 and also the ssd.

On a side note, It appears that I could save some money switching to an AMD processor and comparable motherboard would I loose/gain performance and longer term future proofing going to something like a fx8350 with the additional cores (knowing that the extra cores aren't that valuable in gaming today but might be in the future )
