Overclocking AMD CPU and GPU

Hello, I was wondering how to overclock my CPU and GPU to a point where I will get improvements in my performance and it is still reliable.

I am looking to play BF4 at a solid 60fps on low settings

Also, my AMD FX-8150 was at 2.81 GHz out of the box but it says 3.6 GHz on the packaging box..

CPU - AMD FX-8150 2.81Ghz
MOBO - Gigabyte 78LMT-S2P
RAM - 4GB Kingston Hyper X (KHX1600C9D3/4G)
GPU - AMD Radeon HD 7770 (Core edition)
PSU - Ultra LS 600
HDD - A macbook pro 500 GB HDD

Well, you have a crummy old 760G-based motherboard, so maybe that's why the CPU isn't running at the right clocks. Unless it's actually an FX-8100 you have.

Your power supply is pretty poor too, so I wouldn't really recommend any overclocking.
