Best PC for 700-800 dollars?

Hello everyone! I would like to know what is the best desktop that is already built (must be from bestbuy) and is for gaming for 700-800 dollars? I want it to be able to run most games at the highest settings, lets say Battlefield 4 at ultra with 40 FPS minimum and more high quality games with at least 30-40 fps on ultra. Thank you!

Then at least like a 7850 or 7870? or a GTX 650 Ti or GTX 660? Please... At least it could run BF4 and most games at HIGH with good fps. It can be online bestbuy or store, my friend is getting one and his dad can only do that bestbuy card where you have a year and 8 months to payback.
