Hi, I'm looking to replace my old acer aspire 5742g pew71. I did a lot of gaming on it and was fairly satisfied with it's performance. I'm looking to replace it and most of the laptops in my current price range have intel hd 3000 or 4000 integraded graphics. I was wondering how much of a difference in performance there would be between the new and old. Thanks!

Depends on the specs of your Acer.

A quick search of the model only brings up different versions with an Intel HD graphics core.

Hi, should have provided them sorry.
Intel® Core™ i3-380M Processor
(3M Cache, 2.53 GHz)
Ram: 4gb ddr3
Then the card also.

Integrated Intel HD Graphics Microsoft DirectX 10.0 support or NVIDIA GeForce 420M graphics Microsoft DirectX 11.0 support.

Might want a better video card for gaming.
