i want to buy a new gpu for a 500w psu

im thinking of an hd radeon 7770 SAPPHIRE because of its inexpense and 2 monitor support

(i would like 2 monitors)

or a gtx 550 ti boost?

ps. i would like to run bf4 on med or low and still get at least 30-40 fps

pps. i have 8 gigs of ram and an intel i5 3330

ppps. im looking to spend up to 120$ ish

I think you mean the 650 ti boost. And it supports two monitors easily. The 650 ti boost is a bit more powerful than the 7770, so if the price difference isn't a big deal to you, i'd go that direction. The 7770 is a great option as well if you need to stay on a lower budget.
This is out of your price range but I would recommend nvidia 660 from newegg. It comes with $25 rebate and batman origins which is a $50 game. You can get one for about $175. With it you can run BF4 on high settings without a problem.

It's a triple win. You get a nice card for $100 with a game and you can run BF4 better than expected.
