will 16GB DDR3 2400Mhz work with i5 3570 cpu?

Yes, that board supports an XMP profile of 2400MHz so you do not need to manually overclock, but there are very few applications that the additional speed would be worth the much higher cost (coming from someone with the same board, chip, and 2133MHz RAM, I wish I had just saved some money there instead).

I got it $20 cheaper than 1600CL7 so I got it. whether I get a 4770K later for it or just leave it with the 3570 (non K), so long as I dont damage anything, thats my concern, but I dont think theres a chance the bottle neck will be with the RAM and AUTO CAD should be sweet.
