Should I buy HD 7850 2gb or GTX 660 2gb?

Hi, my friend is getting a new PC, one PC has GTX 660 2gb and 8 gb ram, and Intel core I5, and one has HD 7850 2gb with 16 gb ram and FX 8120. The first is 870 dollars while the second is 800 dollars. Which do you think is more worth?

The first one is better and less waste. The 660 is a better card, the i5 is a better processor. 16GB of ram is way too much for anyone not doing HD video editing or running lots of VM's.
