My new computer suddenly makes a faster piercing noise like its the fan even though its overheating at all (55C under load), when I load bf4 and then it turns off thats it. Then I try and turn it on and it wont turn on when I click the power button I have to wait like 5 minutes. The computer doesnt overheat I'm watching the temps 55C when playing. Could it be my power supply? I have had heat issues for a while with my 4770k but its good now. Also I can play league of legends without this happening or any non FPS game. ex: League, Minecraft etc.Specs

CPU: i7 4770k Have had problems with heat before

GPU: PNY GTX 660

PSU: Thermaltake 600W

SSD: 64GB Sandisk

Mobo: Gigabyte Mobo

RAM: Corsair Vengance 8gb

Solution
use msi afterburner turn the fans up to see if it a fan issue on your gpu. check that non of the cables are being pulled into the fans.

Definitely sounds like it, the symptoms of a bad PSU: "Then I try and turn it on and it wont turn on when I click the power button I have to wait like 5 minutes."

Also, 55C for haswell under load seems to be pretty low. Is it overclocked and which cooler do you use? I'm assuming it isn't delidded. I wonder if the temps will change after psu replace.
