Hello, i was reading lately about new 4th gen cpus. I found that the differences are not very big among them and the worst is that 4th gen are more warm processors.

1) Please advice me witch System is better to buy.
2) Which Motherboard is more reliable and better choice.
3) Will i be able to overclock with my "1600mhz" memory or i have to buy faster memories.
4) Is the 3570k is really as good as it seems (i mean according to Passmark and other sites) for gaming.

I have to buy "k-series" Cpu : "Z87" motherboard to be able overclock Haswell
and "z77" chipset motherboard for "1155" cpu socket.

- I'm working on a budget of around $300 for a mob and Cpu.
- want to use the system for fairly high-end gaming. Crysis 3,Far cry 3, Bioshock Infinite, and Witcher 3 are among my list of future game purchases.
- I am looking to buy Nvidia 760 video card.
- I don't need SLI or Crossfire, but I wouldn't mind if I had it.
- I intend to overclock.
- Have 2x4GB DDR3 1600Mhz RAM from my previews "1156" system with burned motherboard.

If i understand right, you mean cache latencies 10-10-10-25 , 1.70v.
I gues that MC (memory controller) will be in bios in options with the others.

Witch would you Suggest me to buy : Asus P8Z77-M (micro ATX) or P8Z77-V LX2 (ATX).

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z77M/#overview
http://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/P8Z77V_LX2/#overview

Both have Awards, with "GPU" & "Usb "Boost. The V Series has SSD Speed with HDD Capacity and some pci more. It doesn't matter for me to have Micro or ATX Mob.
I think i will buy this Case (IN WIN BR665 BLACK) if u suggest me to take M Series.

:)

Ok. I Will.

1)
Do you know how far can i overclock 3570k with it's own heat sink and cooler ?
I don't intend to buy another. I believe that it's better to spend 80 euro for buying a better CPU like i7 that just a cooler to push the system and have the same results or even below.

I'm thinking to order the system this Monday. Found
Asus Z77-A (ATX) at the same price. I think its little bit newer and better than ASUS P8Z77-V LX2.
(Superior Components -100% All Solid Capacitors & Extra Durable Stainless Steel Back I/O).

2)
Also i have 500W OCZ PSU. Is this powerful enough to use ASUS GTX 760 DirectCU II OC at Maximum Performance.
Till now i found this about Power Consumption :
Asus gtx760 300-315 Wat
i5 3570k 40-112 and some inform 119 - 300 Wat.

I'm Confused...

I wouldn't use the stock cooler past 3.9, look at the Hyper 212 EVO for $30-35, on the PSU, it will be close, not sure what OCZ you have, but both the regular and their Fatal1ty versions are about 435 watts continuous, think I would like a little extra if running full out

You're right. I will need to buy a better cooler at around 30-35 euro, it's not so expensive. I'm already started to look for one. Why this Hyper EVO 212 is so Famous, i heard about it somewhere. But im not sure it is something special, i think it is noisy.
.
I want to have Silent cooler when pc is idle (becouse i have small room and a don't close the pc often) and affective one when it's at full load. I found this coolers till now (Xigmatek Gaia, GELID GX-7 & Tranquillo Rev.2, Zalman ), i think they are the most silent. Do you have something better to propose ?

OCZ OCZ500SXS2-EU STEALTH XSTREAM2 POWER SUPPLY 500W is my UPS

Thank you for your advices and your time.
It's first time i'm so involved in computer research. It is now 5 days im going to sleep at around 5 o'clock. Your Site even put me a Badges of night Owl. Haha, impresive :)
