Yup should be compatible as the board supports DDR3 (DDR3 3000(OC)/2800(OC)/2600(OC)/2200(OC)/2133(OC)/1866(OC)/1600). And from my search your ram in clocked at 1600MHz which is said to be supported. If I were you, to get better reassurance I would go to those ram capability generators on like Newegg.

The Mambas come in a variety of freqs, they have the Mambas at 1600/9 for $90 at TD, can get better sticks for less, like the Snipers 1600/9 for $80 at the Egg, or better yet the RipJaws X at 1600 with a CL of 8 for $85, also at the Egg
