Is this build ok for gaming and rendering?

UPDATE: Made some edits to the Motherboard, GPU, RAM, and PSU thanks to advice from rolli59

First off:
Before I start, I wanna say that I live in the Philippines, so I don't think I can use Newegg, Amazon or any other sites like that. I'm actually restricted to a Philippine pc parts selling site
http://pcx.com.ph/
which is lacking a lot of great pc parts right now.

Hello there. I've been saving up cash for a build I wanna do in the future to upgrade from this pentium g630 with integrated graphics of mine. I don't wanna buy this build right now. Maybe sometime in the future. I really wanna play games like:
- Counter Strike games (Source, GO)
- Portal games
- GTA games (SA, 4, 5)
- Minecraft
Other games I'd like to try out (but probably not play all the time):
- Battlefield
- Sleeping Dogs
- NFS
- Bioshock games
- Assassin's Creed games
- Hitman
and maybe others.

I wish to record them (Fraps/Bandicam/Action) and do some video editing (Sony Vegas Pro 12, Camtasia Studio) (I got a yt channel if it wasn't already obvious)
And I've been thinking about getting something like this:

AMD FX-6300 3.5 GHz
http://pcx.com.ph/components/processor/amd/amd-fx-6300.html

Asrock 990FX Extreme3
http://pcx.com.ph/components/motherboard/asrock/asrock-990fx-extreme3.html

16GB DDR3 GSkill RipjawsX (2x8GB) 1600MHz
http://pcx.com.ph/components/memory/g-skill/gskill-ripjawsx-8gbx2-1600mhz-f3-12800cl10d-16gbxl.html

Powercolor HD7950 3GB GDDR5 384-bit
http://pcx.com.ph/components/graphics-card/powercolor-hd7950-3gb-gddr5-384bit-ax7950-3gbd5-2dhv2.html

Seasonic S12II-520 520W 80+ Bronze PSU
http://pcx.com.ph/components/power-supply/seasonic/seasonic-s12ii-520-520w-80-bronze.html

WD 1TB Blue HDD
http://pcx.com.ph/components/internal-hdd/desktop-hdd/western-digital/western-digital-1tb-blue-3-5-sata-wd10ezex.html

Intel 180GB 335 SSD
http://pcx.com.ph/components/internal-hdd/ssd/intel-ssd/intel-180gb-335-ssd-2-5-sata-ssdsc2ct180a4k5.html
(I really wanted to go with a Corsair one or a Samsung, unfortunately, the online store I go to doesn't have them. Also, I don't think Sandisk is a good SSD)

I've been looking and I seem to like either of these cases:
Aerocool RS-9
http://pcx.com.ph/components/chassis/aerocool/aerocool-rs-9.html
Cooler Master HAF 912
http://pcx.com.ph/components/chassis/cooler-master/cooler-master-haf-912-cm-rc-912-kkn2.html
Are either of them any good? Will they fit all the parts?

I already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and OS. I want to know if this build can:
- run all games above at 60+FPS while recording (on at least medium quality. I don't need resolutions above 720p really)
- render videos fast
- run other games in the future (Though I don't think I'd like to play those CPU-intensive ones)

So, what do you think? Should I go over to Intel (i5 maybe?) or is the graphics card too much or not enough? Sorry for all these questions and the seriously long post. I'm not that good with computers.

Solution
Ultimately it is your decision but the FX6300 is a good gaming CPU but lacks in rendering capabilities to the other 3 although it will do the job. for that I would consider them in this order. I7>FX8350/20>I5>FX6300.

I see nothing wrong with what's available to you. Great selection of good parts. You may not get the highest of game settings, but they'll all be playable. You want to record I'd go with the i5. Ivy bridge is a bit cheaper then haswell 3570K a great processor and can be tweaked quite easily with all the tech they put on these motherbaords today. enjoy.

I got the part about the MoBo and the GPU, but what do you mean by "you need a dual channel kit that is 2x4 gb triple channel was for LGA 1366" ?

Your motherboard has 2 memory channels, the kit you selected is for LGA 1366 Intel socket which has 3 channels. Your board runs best with 2 modules be it 2 x4GB or 2 x8GB in dual channel, 4 modules is an option as well. Having 3 sticks in that board will force the memory to single channel mode.

well I wanna get the best with what I get, so should I just stick with 8GB or go all out with 16GB? Also, what's the disadvantage of single-channel mode?

Thanks! I thought the i5 would be much better too. I even thought of getting an i7. It's just the price tag that made me opt for an amd cpu. But costs aside, would an i5 be a better choice? Would I see VERY notable differences in game? And also, what's the difference between
a 3470 and a 3570?

Based on your uses I would go for 2 x 8GB if it was just for gaming then 2 x 4GB would be fine. Single channel would be slower but not noticeable in most apps but definitely in video editing it would show.
Just noticed your question on the PSU the 520watt would run that rig fine with HD7950 or the GTX

Not very much difference unless you get the 3570K. Can be overclocked very easily to 4.0 without much sweat.

I don't really plan to do any overclocking really. I think I could bare the default speeds. Would that make any difference?

Yeah I know. I didn't really need them unlocked ones. So, would an i5 3470 do the gaming and rendering job better than an fx-6300?

Dang. I can't find a store in the Philippines that has that. I think I'll just save up for an i7. But then again, that fx-6300 is Php 8,200 cheaper than a 3770. I could do a lot with that amount, so once again, I'm not sure. There's also the fx-8350
http://pcx.com.ph/components/processor/amd/amd-fx-8350.html
which has 2 more cores than 6300. And Php 4,300 cheaper than the i7. But the i5 is cheaper and a lot say that it's better than it. Darn, this is hard...

I just converted the prices from pesos to dollars. A $1500 build it is then. If anyone can replace anything there with something cheaper but still good, feel free to say so.
