I am wanting to buy a new video card for battlefield 4 and im having a really hard time figuring out what to get and if it will work with my computer as is

Since you have a PCI Express x16 slot on the motherboard it should work. However after some reading you may need to update your BIOS and look at a more powerful power supply.

I would recommend something rated higher than 500W (500W won't give you much more than the 460W you already have). As far as brand goes you might want to take a look at these links which will be far more helpful than I will be:
