I read a review on the power supply you've chosen, and Xbitlabs didn't like them.

Aerocool’s Value series is far from impressive. These PSUs are not very efficient and do not deliver stable voltages. They are also noisy, except for the VP-750 model which is, unfortunately, the worst in other parameters.

The VP-650 seems to be less of a failure than its series mates, yet its actual parameters are nothing but mediocre.

The only good news about these PSUs is that they are among the most affordable products with active PFC available on the market. But do you really want to put up with such poor performance?

I cannot find any reviews on it, but the store you're buying from does have a Corsair VS 650 for the same price. http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=15_535&products_id=22271 and I'd be more likely to trust Corsair over Aerocool.

Looks good, but remember if you do drop any of your Ultra settings for more FPS, don't lower your mesh quality as that is kinda like your draw distance, it enables you to see objects clearer farther out.

Good Luck

You can also drop the 770 to a 760. I'm running on one, and I manage to achieve over 55FPS Stable on the BF4 Beta, at Ultra.

It's a beta though, so some things were missing and others unoptimized, so I'd say I'll be getting, at the very least, 40 FPS at Ultra.

Wow you Aussies are getting the real shit end of the stick 550$ for the 7970 matrix!?! Oh my lord. i think it would actually be cheaper to buy it in the us and have it shipped to Australia.

Edit: I just checked, you could buy the card for 350 to 400 US$ and have it shipped by USPS for 50 to 100 US$ and have it get there in 3 to 5 business days, you can actually get it 50 to 100 $ cheaper than to buy it in wright there in Aussieland.
