Looking for help with first build (low budget gaming build)

Hello all, this is my first post aswell as my first attempt at building a PC, any advice/tips would be wonderful. My budget is 720$ and I needed just about everything (except a OS). This is whatI came up with on my own+ research on numerous sites. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/ianmoon20/saved/2AjL

Motherboard has issues with VRM cooling. Change to a different board.

Get an fx-6300 not 4300.

Drop all but one 120mm fan.

There are 7850s for $20 less.

Get 2x4gb RAM

Get a 1920x1080 monitor or else this whole build is a waste.

Don't spend much money on the cpu case...Get a cheap one from a local store because no one's gonna ask you which cabin you have...and as for the monitor, see what suits your need...if you have have an old usb mouse and keyboard use them or buy cheap ones...don't go for all the hunky gamer stuff...Kudos

That motherboard will not allow for much overclocking at all due to the lack of power phases so you can drop the CPU cooler.

Also 2x4gb RAm is what you want. not a single stick.

WHY so much for the DVD drive. is BLU-RAy really necessary? That money could be better spend on a better motherboard and better GPU.

Can you recommend a Motherboard? I updated everything else but I am unsure of what the good brand motherboards are?
