PC suddenly shut down then as I turned it on again;
PC won't start; lights blink for a second and fans spin for a second.
Mobo:Gigabyte b85M-Hd3
Processor: Intel i5 4670
Vid card: Palit GTX 650 ti
RAM Hyper X kingston 8gb
PSU Thermaltake litepower 700 watts

It cause of your MB has touch Somewhere in Your Cabinet. Remove your MB from the Cabinet and and Fix it again Properly, before that test your MB outside the Cabinet. Is your MB working outside the cabinet, then definetly your MB touch somewhere in your Cabinet.
