Recently, whenever I play games, it will drop below 20 fps and never get back up, I am forced to restart the game to get it back to normal. At first, I thought it was my CPU or GPU hitting 100c, I checked and they are on 96c below. I'm aware of that and disabled the turbo boost so it stays under 2 GHz. Right now, both are below 86c, but I'm still having the same problem. I wonder would it be the HDD problem?
