computer hangs at startup

I've seen something similar on BIOS during start up. Not too much detail in query but in my case the BIOS was unresponsive using a USB mouse and keyboard as soon as plugged in a direct keyboard had the access and could get the required BIOS configurations done . May not be your problem but something to consider
