the cpu cooler is not quite good for your cpu.it has only 2 heat pipes.
your cpu is a 105 watt max tdp.if you still have the stock cooler the temps will be fine.the cpu should not exede temps over 70.stock cpu cooler will keep temps optimal.
before upgrading your memory see that your motherboard can support it.because its a 775 the memory controler is located in your motherboard.you can find combos that can support ddr2 and ddr3 memmory up to 8 gb.

well the motherboard says that it supports
Supports two unbuffered DIMM of 1.8 Volt DDR2 667/800/1066*(OC) DRAM, 8GB Max
• Supports two unbuffered DIMM of 1.5 Volt DDR3 800/1066/1333*(OC) DRAM, 8GB Max

the team elite has 1.65 volt and on the reviews i saw http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
3out of 2 are crying
.
better go with this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
unbuffered memory at 1.5 volt although msi has not have a list of 1333 mhz memory moduels tested
.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
this is the only 4gb dimm that was tested and but is discontinued.

your target is ddr3 1333 mhz 1.5 volt unbuffed memor each dimm 4gb each best is to go with a good brand so you don't have probems
