Help me build a decent gaming PC for £200? :)

I was going to buy a Wii U for my gaming needs, but with the news that Assassin's Creed IV won't be getting DLC on Wii U, I've changed my mind. Nintendo's system doesn't seem to have much of a future in it, so spending £200 on a possible turkey isn't something I'm prepared to do.
Anyway, I've been interested in getting into PC gaming for a while now. I used to be exclusively a console gamer, but I only have interest in retro systems now (outside of Nintendo). I have a spare Dell Radeon HD 7570 HD GDDR5 1Gb card if I can't afford a better card with the system. So I have a little flexibility when it comes to altering parts.

I was thinking about this kind of system:

CASE - Generic case + 500W PSU = £19.99 (Available from Amazon or eBay)
CPU - AMD FX 4100 Black Edition 3.60Ghz (Socket AM3+) Processor = £67.99 (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-314-AM&groupid=701&catid=1967)
MOBO - GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2P 78LMT-S2P Motherboard = £40.00 (Available from Amazon or eBay)
RAM - Generic DDR3 1333Mhz 4Gbx1 module - £20.00 (Available Amazon or eBay)
HDD - Seagate 750GB 3.5" 7200RPM Desktop Hard Drive ST3750641NS 9FF148-309 = £38.00 (Available from Amazon)
Other - Have an old P4 system I can scavenge a SATA DVD-Drive from and an Antec case fan.

System total around £190.00. Can anyone come up with a better system for around the £200 mark? I want to run games @ 720p w/30fps on medium to high settings (high preferred).

didnt read fully ^

I doubt you will be ble to play games on high, perhaps skyrim but assasins creed is very likely going to be out of your reach, low-medium is more likely with this setup. However that said, consoles run most of the newer titles on low or slightly above anyway.

Use your Dell Radeon HD 7570 :)

Here is a tip for an upgrade path:

-Save money. Get atleast.. 80£ then Sell your Intel Celeron for.. maybe 20£. Buy an Intel i3-3220.
-After buying the i3, Save some more. For about.. 100£ and Sell your Graphics card for 50£. Then get a good vid card like MSI GeForce GTX 660. Costs about 140£.
-Upgrade your PSU to Zalman 500GT
-Sell your motherboard for about.. 30£ and save for about.. 100£. Get the MSI Z77MA-G45. (Enables you to SLI and has 3.0 USB Header for your Case.)
-Buy another Graphics card (Same MSI GeForce GTX 660)
-Upgrade the rest. There you have it.

It's a real struggle to put something together at this price point. You will not be getting great gaming at this price but here's what i came up with

Scavenging the HDD and GPU as you suggested.

Once you've got that, save up your cash again and drop a new GPU in.

Regardless of what you decide in the end, please dont buy a bundled case+PSU. Get a PSU from a decent quality brand.
