Best GPU for intel i5 4670 (non K)

Building my first pc and am confused with GTX 660 ti , GTX 760 and HD 7950. Which One Should i get.

Do you plan to do any video editing or are you focused only at gaming? Also can you find a r9 280x from amd new series at a good deal?

Get a R9 280X or HD 7970 if you can.
Or if you have to choose only between the cards above, get a GTX 760, unless the HD 7950 is highly overclocked.

Well most video editing software "loves" the nvdia cuda cores. In that case 760 would be my choice. If you can spend a bit more go for the 770. Note that cuda doesn't offfer much at gaming

No.
GTX 760 beats a 7950 with a fair margine.
