few days ago ,Microsoft idiots took remot control of my laptop to fix a virus with windows store and they made new account and copied files from the old one ,,and now every time i turn of then on my laptop ,it takes too long and it stays for 30 mins on "please wait " and the background photo is not my account photo ,so after 30 minutes ,it goes to my background photo then ask to provide my password !! how to make it go immediately to my account...its new laptop and before they "FIXED it " ,,it took me 50 s to get to my desktop !!!!
