Ram will work with mobo, but man! your build is overpriced.

All looks good, DRAM is fine, might want to look for a CPU cooler, Hyper 212 EVO is a good reasonable choice

IF no OC can get by with the stock cooler, but good idea to monitor temps, the stock coolers aren't that good, if you do some heavy duty gaming, or say video work, might get on the warm side
