First of all, let me tell you that this is the first time I'm trying out a combination to make a server build. I have no idea how to distribute a server's CPU and GPU across multiple PCs. I would be grateful if you could refer me an article on this topic.

I have included 4 Titans because I have no idea how the GPU's work over a server.

Short answer: You can't. If you want to run multiple clients off a single server, the GPUs and CPUs won't translate to a client's VMs. Even then you can really only run one application at a time so that also defeats the purpose.

What g-unit said. If you want to support multiple simultaneous games, the only solution is to provide multiple discrete gaming PCs. Each would have to have its own OS and game executables.

The concept of a "server" for a gaming cafe would be fine if you want to set up a Windows Domain Controller, and manage client accounts, but you might find yourself burdened with updates, troubleshooting, support, viruses, quotas, illicit downloads, copyrighted downloads...time and money.

Yeah the biggest problem there is that you have a central server - file server - client - client - client - client setup. Each client has its' own hardware and its' own operating system license. And that means that when you go to install the games on this system, they will not use the hardware that's on the server, they will use the hardware on the client. Even if you ran a system with tons of VMs (virtual machine), those VMs will only run on the hardware that is installed on the client machine. You can't run the hardware from the server on a VM client. Think of it running like a corporate flow chart - you have the president at the top, then the managers, then the subordinates. The managers and the subordinates do their own work, but the CEO does not do the job of the subordinates (and vice versa).
