Which Graphics card to buy AMD or nvidia need help!!!

I want to be able to utilize PhysX if possible and run games like skyrim with emb mods and heavily modded in its self plus bf 4 when it comes out i have $ 750 to spend on it i was thinking on two Gtx 770 or one 780 or even thinking two asus 280x but i was not sure and would like anyone's opinion on the matter i was more thinking the two 770s to run one as a dedicated physX when needed

What resolution are you playing on? If your doing a single 1080p monitor your best bet would be to go with a single GTX770, if you really need more power get a second one but you won't need it. Skyrim doesn't require that much power to run smoothly and there are only a handful of games out there that use physx and a single 770 should be enough.

Depends on your budget. I found the best place to look at is http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/

They have all video cards and they have their performance ratio and price to performance ratio.

Another good thing is to check if you want it for video editing or games. If video editing then idk but if for games its good to type in youtube your chosed videocard and see what fps for particular games in particular settings it will give to you.

for example type in youtube GTX 660(my card) benchmark test

Physx really isn't worth anything honestly. Its mostly a gimmick.
But if you really want it a single GTX770 would be fine. Having another 770 just for Physx is simply insane.

If you do get two 770s, then it would be better to run them in normal SLI
