This is my current build:Window 7 64Bit Home Prem.

Hard drives- Hybrid Drives 750 Gb(2), SSD OCZ Agility 111Gb (1 gaming drive)

Processor-3930k (overclocked to 3.8)

Motherboard-Asus X-79

Ram-Corsair Vengeance 64Gb (Clocked to 1800)

Gpu-AMD HD Radeon 7970 (2 Crossfired)

Cooling-H-80 Water cooler, 8 total fans (2 200Milimeter)

Windows Index Score:
Processor-7.8
Memory (RAM)-7.9
Graphics-7.9 (Total available Graphics memory 38,1114 MB and dedicated graphics memory 6,144 MB)
Gaming Graphics-7.9
Primary Hard Disk-5.9 (Because of the Hybrid Drive is where my O.S. is)

Can someone tell me what the max heat on my cards should be when intensive gaming?

well.... it depends on several things.

What kind of case do you have and how you have intake/exhaust setup.... are any of the 8 fans blowing onto the side of the GPUs or blowing air between them?

in a really good setup, they would be something like 70deg C on the top card, and 60 on the bottom.
I have a HAF X with teh Crossfire/SLI gap fan, and i get 70/60 on OC'd 7950s at load.

in an ok setup, probably 80 and 70.

not so good, 100/80.

i think they start throttling at 100

I have a hurricane 2000 and most of the fans are aftermarket. The fans on my H-80 are more powerful aftermarket. How do i check my temp on the cards? I use C.C.C. that comes with the drivers and it only gives me one temp for both cards. They are not overclocked, but i have my processor clocked at 3.8 in my BIOS. Let me know what other info you need.

Into high 70's to low 80's C depending on airflow in the case would be normal with dual setup. Max temp is high 90's C

78°C is fine and well within operation limits!

The only think I found weird is that when I had crysis at max setting and was streaming i had screen tearing at 81cel,, so I think that is my max but I'm not sure that is why i am asking

Screen tearing can be simply the GPU's processing faster than the monitor can keep up so Vsync can help with that.

Ok I keep v-sync off on most games, so I will have to try it again with it on. Do you know what program I can use to monitor both gpu's temps because C.C.C only tells me the one cards temp?
