Is it possible with this budget?keeping it with the possibility of upgrading as i get more funds.

I make some change for you.
1) CPU AMD FX-8320 for $145 after "EMCXWXM55"
2) RAM G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1866 for $68 after " 20% off w/ promo code EMCWXXN236, ends 10/19 )
Or if you say want upgrade 16GB later, I need 1X8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) for $60 after "EMCXWXM242"
3) PSU EVGA 500 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 500W for $30
Or this

Cin I want to Thank You
I changed a few things you recommended and put the order in with newegg.
I had a promo code or some type of deal going on everything.
I didnt get the Case or HDD .But after rebates and a 40$ off for an incident with newegg im looking at low 400 or probably high 300s
