Hello!

I finally have my build complete and just wanted to have it reviewed real quick before ordering. I specifically left the graphics card out. I'll buy one later if I need to. The rig will be for audio editing mainly so I wanted a decent processor firstly. How does it look? I added a cooler because I need the rig to be silent. That's why I invested so much on a case too. Everything should be compatible too!

Thank you in advance!

EDIT: The link didn't include the OS, which is Win8 and the final price came to 813,25€

Looks pretty good, if you can get the modular version of that PSU, it's made by a different supplier and is better quality...Other than that (and that's just a nitpick) it looks great...no gpu though?

Yea, the build is for my friend. He has a PC - with which I'm writing this message too - and I can't promise you it's from this millenia since it probably isn't. So, as you can imagine, he hasn't played ANY modern games. So, I couldn't really justify telling him to buy a GFX that costs around 200€. Or do you think it would be wise to buy a low-end GFX and then if he wants to start gaming upgrade it then?

I'll look into the modular PSU as well! Thanks for your input!

EDIT: Upgraded to the modular PSU, I was amazed it's so cheap. It does have the same connections as the non-modular, right? Seems logical but didn't find info as to be 100 % certain. The new link:

If he's not really into gaming, i'd leave it as-is and let him add a card later when he decides he wants to, he'll have better and more options later :) . The modular should have all the same connections (more than what's needed most the time) and yeah, they don't usually cost much more.
