When to buy 1st PC build parts

Hello, I recently picked out the parts I would like for my gaming PC build, and was wondering when I should buy the parts? Should I buy them now, or wait until Cyber Monday? Are there good deals for computer parts on Cyber Monday? Please when I should buy my components for the best deal.

It's hard to say how large the discounts will be, they can range anywhere from 5%-90%, and you don't get to specifically chooe what parts you were set on, you buy whatever's on sale. But for the most part, older parts and whatnot, whatever they need to clear out of their inventory are discounted.
