I got malware or a virus that windows defender caught removed then restarted the PC, it then went to a command prompt and I missed it.Now the PC won't boot past Bios on it's own I have to use the boot menu.Scandisk shows no errors I am running a prebuilt system with no changes its an Intel DH61CR.It's maybe 3 months old I am not sure what to do.

Well this is embarrassing I must say perhaps this will serve as a lesson to others I made a recovery drive on an SSD card I had forgotten to remove the SSD drive and it had never occurred to me that this recovery SSD drive would interrupt the boot and that you would have to change the boot order well this is exactly what it did and all I had to do was remove the card and continue on.The CMD prompt screen I seen came up again basically saying that the MBR was corrupt but it wasn't it was just the stupid SSD card taking over the boot so that I could run diagnostics. Thanks for all the suggestions case closed!
