i just buyed Cooler Master Elite 431
i want to buy intel i5 3570k with Asrock pro4 mobo
and i want to ask can i fit Msi Geforce n760 OC 2GB in my cooler master cabinet(Elite 431)
?

The 760 will fit, however the asrock pro 4 mobo is not compatible with the i5-3570k cpu (1155 socket). You will need to get a 1150 compatible cpu (i5-4670k, etc).

Shouldn't be an issue. The card is only a little over 10" long. your case is about 20" long.

The CPU will be fine if his board is the Pro4 H77 version.

intel i5 3570k is LGA1155 socket. and asrock pro4 can support LGA1155 socket type.

If you want those clocks look at the Corsair H100i liquid cooling unit. You'll be hard pressed to get a more stable overclock on air at that level.
