Hello everyone, I've had my Gigabyte Z77 D3H for a few years now, no problems so far as it is. However i recently decided to overclock my CPU in a more serious sense. back in the days I just changed the multiplier a little bit and expected my rig to do the rest.

Now I came across more detail overclocking guides like this one http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/cpu_mainboard/gigabyte_z77_overclocking_guide/3

My problem is this, I can't force constant CPU voltage on my processor. I follow the guide and I get different results (voltage jumps as i benchmark). I spent at least 2 hours playing around with all the possible option in the BIOS to force that constant CPU voltage and nothing would work. I updated my BIOS just yesterday and played around with the settings a few more times and I still get no results.

Is it a faulty motherboard? Turbo setting on the V core load line calibration seems the give me the least jumpy voltage. My voltage is set to 1.65v and it tends to jump on benchmarks to 1.9v.

My CPU is i5 3570K
Motherboard Gigabyte Z77 D3H v 1.1
8 gig ram
Crossfire setup 2 Radeon 6970 HD (not overclocked)

One more note, when i say the CPU V CORE voltage jumps I mean that not only does it jump but fluctuate during the benchmarking.

Thanks in advance!
