My phone memory and my SD memory is not detecting on my mobile at all but I can see the files on the pc. Any one can help me to solve it? I think its because of viruses but if I am right what is the solution? (main folders are white when i connect the sd card to pc)

By white folders i assume you mean faded folders.Which would be that they are hidden ,since your phone storage and sd card storage is not showing the phone itself it could be a problem with your phone only.I don't think its because of viruses as viruses don't usually affect phones in this way.More information about your phone's make and model would be helpfull ie android or otherwise.Try restarting your phone with and without the sd card and see if you can see your phone storage,else try with a new sd card.
