What type of case would be able to fit a lenovo mtq45nk mobo?

I have a lenovo mtq45nk motherboard with a core 2 duo. i need to know what cases are out there that would be able to fit the board and still let me use a discreet graphics card

Hi,

I am not sure about this motherboard's size. It appears like micro ATX but the I/Os and the PCI slots are swapped around. I think this is a custom motherboard that only fits a certain lenovo product/ case and therefore I think it will be almost impossible to find a compatible case. You might want to contact lenovo to find out more about the size.
