In need of network adapter driver

So I replaced my broken hard drive and installed Windows 7 onto it. The new hard drive doesn't have any of the old drivers from the previous drive. Right now, I cannot even connect to the internet through ethernet or wireless. The device manager detects there is some network controller of some kind but I need to update the driver. Unfortunately I need internet to solve this problem...infinite loops ftw. On a separate computer, I tried downloading specific drivers from the hp support website but all they are offering is a way to scan my computer so it could detect what I am missing. Well I can't get it to scan a computer with no internet. I tried DriverNavigator but that uses the same thing. Intel had a exe that would check my computer for a driver and download the necessary network driver. Unfortunately, whatever is in my laptop is not what they have. Any ideas on how to exit this loop of needing internet? Trying to find a way to download specific drivers and just transfer onto my internetless laptop but no success. Everything seems to require internet to update my lack of internet. X_X

Also, doesn't it seem weird that I can't update my network driver through intel? I used this website https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=18713 and tried to run it on my laptop.

Assuming you meant HP Pavilion DC6T-6100, this page should give you what you need. Download the network drivers to a memory stick and transfer them to your laptop for installation.
