Okay.

Supposed to get 50 down, 10 up.

Every other device in my house (computer, laptop [wireless]) gets ~40-50down 9+ up

My main computer wireless gets 20 down, 0.2 up.

Did hardwire, ethernet cable. New cable, no faultys.

Ethernet cable on main computer: 50+ Down, ~2up

Ethernet cable on laptop:
50+ down, 12 up

I don't get whats the problem here?
I have no firewall except windows.
I updated my latest drivers and tried the basic trouble shooting.

It's definitely not the router/modem/cable. It's my computer ._.
Have no idea what's causing it though..

I FOUND THE SOLUTION.

Since ASRock Motherboard comes with the Xfast Lan sort of stuff,
I uninstalled that and it was the factor that was limiting my upload speed.

I hope I solve others' similar issues if they have the same brand motherboard.

Thank you so much. I recently upgraded my connection and couldn't figure out why my wired desktop was getting half the upload speed of the Wifi Laptops. The ASRock motherboard is awesome, the software that came with it is complete crap. Lucid, FastLan...all crap.

My Solution: Uninstall Xfast Lan , its an Asrock Utility Tool , before the uninstall max 2'600 Upload , after that my full 4'000. Thanks so much for pointing me in that direction !

Xfast LAN also screwed me over. As soon as I uninstalled it I saw download speeds go from 1 MiB/s to 33 MiB/sec
