My First PC Build (Tell me if all are compatible with eachother)

This will be my first PC build for web surfing and gaming. Will this build be atleast over 30fps+ on all games at 1920x1080 at the highest settings. My budget is at $1300. ofcourse shipping will cost like $150 from where i live ;(

Motherboard: Asrock 970 Extreme 3
GPU: Powercolor Radeon HD 7970
RAM: Kingston 8gb DDR3
SSD: 120gb Samsung 840 EVO
HDD: 1TB WD Caviar Blue
PSU: 600w Corsair CX600
Case: Fractal Design Arc Midi r2

Others:
Monitor: Asus 22"
Keyboard: CM Storm Quickfire Pro
Mouse: Razer Deathadder 2013
Wi-Fi Adapter: TP-Link 150mbps

You're going to have bottlenecks with the HD 7970 with an FX-6300. I would change the 7970 for a HD 7870 Tahiti LE (Sapphire HD 7870 XT, VTX 3d HD 7870 Black) or a GTX 660, since the FX 6300 would bottleneck a HD 7970 quite badly, but you would still get great performance from the GTX 660 or HD 7870 Tahiti LE. Another thing, I would swap that Corsair 600w unit for something with a bit more head room, especially when overclocking -
