Hello, so I just got a new heat sink and fan today, installed it. I have been wanting to overclock, but haven't due to a lack of good cooling. I wanted to see how this new heat sink and fan would fair so I started it up, and not 10 seconds after I got a blue screen. Can anyone help me out here to try and figure out what exactly happened? My specs are

MoBo: Asus M599X Evo
CPU: AMD FX-6200 Zambezi 6 core 3.8GHz
Heat sink and fan: Xigmatek Gaia SD1283 120mm
Thermal Paste: Arctic MX4
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1GB
PSU: Rosewill Xtreme RX750-S-B 750W
Case: Cooler Master HAF 932
SSD: OCZ Agility 3 60GB
HDD: Western Digital 1TB

Not sure if you need all that but figured I'd give you what I have

According to CPUZ, my CPU is going between around 1600MHz and 4300Mhz, and voltages are pretty wide to from 1.15 to 1.45 volts. Hardware monitor is also giving me some odd reading for the CPU temp, going up and down very rapidly between 10 and 20 Celsius. I really can't figure out what is going on
