This would be my new setup: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1Q6A5
And I just wanted to ask if this would be a good gaming pc? and if there would be some recomendations for other parts just to modify the performance to the max. Now I know that my PSU is a bit over kill but I just did that for some room to upgrade in the future. Now I also have some questions...
Do I have to buy a sound card for my audio? or is it already on the motherboard?
Do you think that all the parts will fit into my case?

Solution
You don't need a dedicated sound card unless you want to pay for extra sound quality. If you have high end speakers/headphones (I'm talking about the kind that cost in the hundreds of dollars) you may need a dedicated sound card to fully take advantage of those, otherwise on-board audio is good enough for most people.
