How Does The Newegg RMA Work?

I ordered a keyboard off of newegg and after it had been shipped i refunded it and it said that the RMA has been issued. Do i have to wait for it to be sent back to wherever the hell it came from or wait for it to arrive then send it back. i would nice if they provided me with any information about what i have to do to get my money back. please help me

Regularly, the refund will process within 3-5 business days after the package is received at the Newegg's returns warehouse. Newegg will always try to process the refund as soon as possible.
