I was wondering how I should go about overclocking this processor with the following build:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 3.0 GHz
MOBO: gigabyte s-series GA-MA78LMT-S2/GA-MA78LMT-S2H
RAM: Ripjaws x series 8 GB (2x4GB) http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1682...
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 5700 series
OS: Windows 7 - 64 bit

I have three fans in my case (including power supply) and don`t plan on adding extra cooling anytime soon.

3.5-3.7 is a good overclock for those chips on air.
