Although I was having other issues outlined in another thread (hardware related), since I have upgraded to Windows 8.1, I've noticed that svchost.exe has started to have high processor usage. Does anybody know how to fix this without killing the entire process? It shouldn't be using 50-70% of one thread/core at a time and 10-12% of the CPU overall
