Could anyone here please point out which the best pre-build desktop would be here under 400$ (at the very most, prefer if it is 350~)

Looking to be able to play bioshock infinite on low settings if possible, i understand prebuilt is by far the better option but my father won't let me build a pc due to his past experience as a fireman and computers igniting .__.
I've tried everything, he won't listen to reason or computer experts so it has to be pre-built and from the website.
If absolutely none of the under 400 pcs from the site can run bioshock on low, i'd like to know the best option regardless i'll probably have to buy it anyways haha
