Looking through this site:

http://www.canadacomputers.com/

Could anyone here please point out which the best pre-build desktop would be here under 400$ (at the very most, prefer if it is 350~)

Kinda looking at this right now : http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=7_158&item_id=057868

Looking to be able to play bioshock infinite on low settings if possible, i understand prebuilt is by far the better option but my father won't let me build a pc due to his past experience as a fireman and computers igniting .__.

I've tried everything, he won't listen to reason or computer experts so it has to be pre-built and from the website.

If absolutely none of the under 400 pcs from the site can run bioshock on low, i'd like to know the best option regardless i'll probably have to buy it anyways haha :p

I'd appreciate any help I can get , thanks!

Tell your father this. Pre build systems use cheap PSU's and this makes them to "blow" new good PSU's do have overvoltage protection under voltage protection.. And so on. So pre build is worst choice he can make :D Look PSU tests and show results.
Looks good PSU?

But here is the deal.
Read final words.

Unit is only good for 450w this makes then "blow up"
:D

Or you can buy real quality psu like this.

But do pre vuild systems have real quality? No. They are made cheapest parts.
Used cheapest mobo's , memory , psu and then they trow in good CPU and you pay much money and ou get crap. Case is other thing. You can buy cheap case but with good quality and lot better than pre build. Then you can make better cooling build and more silent. You can pick up just parts you need.
Prebuild you can not upgrade. Or it will lose warranty.

Edit. Buy a surge protection. Like this.http://www.mrgadget.com.au/gadget/2009/get-lightning-and-surge-protection-for-your-gear-with-apc-surgearrest-performance/

Makes more sense than buy prebuild pc.
