If it is just bent, yes, it's fixable. If it's lost contact with the silicon though, you're scuppered.
You can simply bend it back in line using something like dental floss (or a very thin/small pair of pliers), I've used this before, remember to be firm but do it slowly, you don't want that pin to crack off.
